The spacious layout provides plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals. The living room offers a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating, while the dining area is perfect for family meals or remote work. For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with a backup power generator and a water storage tank, allowing you to continue enjoying electricity and running water during the occasional island-wide outages. No parties or unauthorized visitors. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool. Treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. Please report any accidental damage promptly so we can address it quickly. Chiqui's Place is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering guests the opportunity to experience Puerto Rico beyond the traditional tourist areas while still being conveniently close to many of the island's attractions. Within approximately 15–30 minutes by car, you'll find beautiful beaches, Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado, great local restaurants and gastronomy, shopping, horseback riding, ATV adventures, and much more. The closest beaches are approximately 15–20 minutes away. You'll also find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences within a short drive. We recommend renting a car during your stay. It gives you the freedom to explore the surrounding area and discover more of Puerto Rico at your own pace. After a day at the beach or exploring the island, you can return to the quieter residential setting of Chiqui's Place and relax by your private pool.

We highly recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay. While many attractions and conveniences are within a short drive, the neighborhood is primarily residential and Puerto Rico is best explored by car. The closest beaches are approximately 15–20 minutes away, and many popular destinations—including Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Condado, restaurants, shopping, horseback riding, and ATV adventures—can generally be reached within approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on traffic. Uber is also available in the area and can be a convenient option for trips to San Juan, the airport, restaurants, and nightlife. However, having your own vehicle gives you much more flexibility to explore Puerto Rico beyond the San Juan metropolitan area. Free parking is available at the property.
